Volunteering
Volunteers are vital to the life of the Corn Exchange.
Volunteer Stewards help us at events, both evening and daytime by greeting the public, directing audiences to their seats and by selling programmes and other merchandise. Our Volunteer Stewards are trained in fire and other emergency procedures as health and safety is key to their roles. Volunteers also help with administration, marketing and finance from time to time.
Being a volunteer is rewarding and sociable. Soft drinks are provided, there is usually an opportunity to watch the show you are helping with; free tickets are also provided for other events.
